We are looking for Technician Production Support to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Application support experience
  • Core Unix/Linux skills
  • Knowledge of network technologies and protocols – specifically TCP and UDP
  • Basic scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl for scripting, any other programming language, e.g. C, C++, Java)
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • SLog management: Splunk, ELK, Gray log, Loki
  • Network monitoring: Corvil
  • Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/Maria DB, KDB/q
  • Messaging: Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka
  • Observability and monitoring: ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana . .

Language Skills:

  • English - Expert

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Ability to manage priorities, incidents and problems.
  • Good communication skills and teamworking.
  • Knowledge sharing and Flexible and adaptable to new environments. Quickly learn new systems/products

Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform to ensure stability and optimal performance
  • Build and enhance monitoring to prevent and quickly resolve issues.
  • Deploy production changes with precision ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform.
  • Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements.
  • Manage incident including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels.
