Technician - Sample Reception - Fixed Term (12 Months)

COME AND WORK WITH THE SAMPLE RECEPTION TEAM AT ASUREQUALITY - AUSTRALASIA’S LARGEST FOOD TESTING LABORATORY.

We are looking for a Technician to join our Sample Reception Team for the next 12 months to cover a Parental Leave, based at our Auckland Food Testing Laboratory in Lynfield.
The Successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the laboratory to ensure our customers’ products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Unpacking samples on arrival,
• Registration of samples into the Laboratory system,
• Locating retention and disposal of ambient, chilled and frozen samples.
• Maintaining temperature records,
• Cleaning and keeping training records up to date.
• Assisting Customer Service and the Laboratory Technical teams with any queries.
  Our laboratory operates 7 days a week the roster on offer includes at least one weekend day. The successful applicant will be working a 40 hour per week Monday to Friday 12pm to 8.30pm.
