TECHNICIAN / SENIOR TECHNICIAN (F/M/D) VACCINE GENERATION RESEARCH-GRADE PRODUCTION AND RELEASE

Because we are looking for highly motivated (Senior-) / Technicians (f/m/d) to help in the research-grade production, release, and characterization of promising vaccine candidates that feed into our product pipeline.

• Performing the production pre-GMP and research grade virus vector stocks
• Supporting the release testing of virus productions, including viral titer determinations (TIDC50 or FACS based), genomic identity, mycoplasma and sterility assessments, transgene expression analysis, etc.
• Preparing fresh cultures of primary chicken embryo fibroblasts (CEFs) and participate in standard cell culture activities
• Participating in general laboratory maintenance and organizational tasks (reagent preparation and ordering, equipment maintenance, archiving of documents)
• Documenting all laboratory procedures and results in English according to established internal quality standard
