GARADOR AUCKLAND SUPPLIES, MANUFACTURES, REPAIRS, AND INSTALLS HIGH-QUALITY GARAGE DOORS, GATES, AND AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS FOR RESIDENTIAL AND TRADE CUSTOMERS ALL OVER AUCKLAND.

We are looking for an experienced Garage Door Technician to join our busy servicing team, installing and repairing garage doors in residential homes and properties across the Auckland region.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, where you had to plan your work and manage your time and service to install or repair.
• A strong and clear communicator who can listen to and understand customers and connect and report back based on health and safety concerns and job updates.
• Proficiency in using hand tools with a solid mechanical aptitude for on-site fault finding with a ‘can do attitude’.
• A Full New Zealand driver’s license and good physical fitness to work with garage doors are essential for the role.
• Like the Garador brand, we seek someone with customer service experience who strives to deliver reliable, high-quality installation and repair.

A role packed full of variety, utilising your customer service and mechanical skills to provide a service as fitting as our Garador. Your day to day will involve:

• Installation of new doors or providing repair services to residential garage doors.
• Ensuring sufficient supplies, materials, and parts are maintained in the vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating job status on-site with customers and via the job management system and our support team.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, legislation, and procedures, including health and safety
