Description:
What you will do
- Maintenance of automated production systems in the semiconductor furnace area
- Carrying out troubleshooting & repairs (advanced system knowledge)
- Carrying out preventive maintenance
- Coordination and acceptance of comprehensive service work (also in cooperation with external companies)
- Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.)
- Improvement of system technology/performance and processes
- Training of operational production employees in standardised service work
- Fault and service documentation
- Handling internal production projects and contact person for system installations and relocations in collaboration with other departments, e.g. other support groups
- Detection of failure focal points & execution of process optimisationsExchange of information with other users / maintenanceDetermining critical spare parts & ensuring the supply of spare parts
What you will need
- State-certified technician specialising in electrical engineering or similar (electrician qualification mandatory )
- Experience in repair and maintenance of technical systems
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or special machine construction
- Independent and quality-conscious way of working
- Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team
- Planning and organisational talent as well as communication skills
- Business flluent in German and good English skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
