What you will do

• Carrying out maintenance work on EGIO/glass production facilities (CVD/RTP systems)
• Monitoring of production systems / machine processes (troubleshooting and repairs, coordination and acceptance of comprehensive service work, error and service documentation), also in cooperation with external companies
• Improvement of plant technology, performance and uptime (detection of failure points, elimination of recurring error mechanisms, execution of process optimisations, execution of preventive maintenance, identification of critical spare parts and ensuring the supply of stock and spare parts)
• Training and documentation (training of operational personnel, documentation of system statuses and service activities)
• Handling internal production projects and contact person for system installations, relocations in cooperation with other departments, e.g. other support groups
• Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.)
• Reporting and coordination of work priorities to the Head of Service and Maintenance

What you will need

• State-certified technician or industrial master in electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar with qualification as a qualified electrician
• 3 years of professional experience in the maintenance/repair of production systems (production environment)
• Willingness to work shifts (3SCH)
• Familiarisation takes place in the first three months in the day shift
• Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or special machine construction
• Independent and quality-conscious way of working
• Planning and organisational skills as well as communication skills
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team
• Business fluent in German and good English skills
• IT: MS Office, SAP, experience in system software is an advantage
