CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

• When access to classified information is required, applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least three years working in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of digital and analog electronics and proficient use of general test equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and datasheets to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Capable of generating clear and precise technical documentation.
• Knowledge and experience using manufacturing tools such as 3D printers, milling machines, drill presses, and various hand tools.
• Must possess organized, logical thought process skills, exhibit a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Assist engineers in the development and production of electrical, mechanical, and embedded systems.
• Assist engineers in the testing and validation of electrical, mechanical, and embedded systems.
• Conduct product testing and verification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Fabricate wire harnesses and custom cables including stripping wire, soldering, and crimping contacts.
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users.
• Perform research and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) on electrical and mechanical components to determine availability and alternative solutions.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Able to travel up to 25% within CONUS for customer support.
