Description:
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
- When access to classified information is required, applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least three years working in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of digital and analog electronics and proficient use of general test equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and datasheets to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Capable of generating clear and precise technical documentation.
- Knowledge and experience using manufacturing tools such as 3D printers, milling machines, drill presses, and various hand tools.
- Must possess organized, logical thought process skills, exhibit a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers in the development and production of electrical, mechanical, and embedded systems.
- Assist engineers in the testing and validation of electrical, mechanical, and embedded systems.
- Conduct product testing and verification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Fabricate wire harnesses and custom cables including stripping wire, soldering, and crimping contacts.
- Provide technical support to clients and end-users.
- Perform research and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) on electrical and mechanical components to determine availability and alternative solutions.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Able to travel up to 25% within CONUS for customer support.
