DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE
Le technicien en informatique niveau II/Spécialiste de Support Niveau 2 devra principalement veiller à offrir un soutien technique de niveau II sur les différents outils, logiciels, équipements informatiques et l’infrastructure. II participe activement aux projets TI en collaboration étroite avec l’administrateur systèmes et réseaux. Le technicien niveau II agit comme référent technique pour le technicien niveau I. Enfin, il doit également assurer une veille technologique sur le marché afin de proposer, tester et recommander des solutions relatives au parc informatique.
