Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO LGI HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent in a relevant field, such as administration, law, or payroll;
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a payroll, healthcare, or business administration environment;
  • Knowledge of the Quebec healthcare system and payroll legislation would be an asset;
  • Excellent documentary research skills;
  • Excellent ability to synthesize and prioritize;
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and professional communiqués;
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team;
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks in an organized and efficient manner;
  • Proficiency in computer tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software;
  • Knowledge of LGI Payroll (Espresso) is an asset.
