Nos technicien(ne)s en entretien sur place ont une occasion unique de mettre à profit leur expérience technique en collaborant avec des professionnels de la santé et en menant des initiatives techniques dans le domaine de la technologie des dispositifs médicaux. Vous serez responsable du dépannage, de la réparation et de la mise à jour des pompes à perfusion dans un hôpital avec le soutien d’une équipe sur place. La gamme de produits actuellement prise en charge est un dispositif de pompe à perfusion. Ce poste est une excellente occasion d’approfondir vos compétences techniques et en leadership!

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our Field Service Technicians experience a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and updating infusion pumps in a hospital with the support of an on-site team. The current product line being supported is an infusion pump device. This is a great opportunity for you to advance your technical and leadership skills!
We are hiring immediately with an expected start date of ASAP. You will have a flexible schedule and an opportunity to grow and expand into new opportunities while earning supplemental income and learning the medical device industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years field service technician experience
• An active and unrestricted driver license is required for this position
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs including Excel and Microsoft operating system (required)
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be Bilingual (French/English)
  Experience in healthcare, field service, biomedical, maintenance, customer service, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is beneficial for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizing, testing, and updating IV infusion devices, installing, and configuring software & hardware.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Oversee a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Per-diem position requiring travel and flexibility to work with your current schedule.
• 2-3 assignments per month, averaging 5 days per assignment.
• Travel throughout all Canadian Provinces is required.
