Description:
What you will do
- Maintenance of production facilities in the BMAG area (metallisation, grinding and etching)
- Carrying out troubleshooting & repairs (extended plant knowledge)
- Carrying out preventive maintenance
- Coordination and acceptance of comprehensive service work (also in cooperation with external companies)
- Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.)
- Improvement of system technology/performance and processes
- Detection of failure focal points & implementation of process optimisations
- Exchange of information with other users/ maintenance
- Determining critical spare parts & ensuring the supply of spare parts
- Training of operational production employees with regard to standardised service work
- Fault and service documentation
- Handling internal production projects and contact person for system installations and relocations in collaboration with other departments, e.g. other support groups
What you will need
- State-certified technician specialising in electrical engineering or similar (electrical specialist mandatory)
- Relevant professional experience in a technical environment (maintenance/production)
- Willingness to work shifts at weekends (day and night shifts)
- The training will take place 3 months within the week
- Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or wafer handling
- Independent and quality-conscious way of working
- Planning and organisational skills as well as communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team
