MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three (3) years College diploma in Science (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Specialty Technologist Programs), plus a minimum of eighteen (18) months of previous relevant work experience.
  • Preferred four (4) years University degree in Science (Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Microbiology, General science), plus a minimum of one (1) year of previous relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Sterile Filters/Filter Equipment.
  • Strong knowledge to performs tests on critical liquid & air filters.
  • Written/oral communication.

Department: Adsorptions Afternoon Shift

PRODUCT PLANNING/OFFICE DUTIES:

  • Assist with the daily and weekly production plan with the management and area TGL.
  • Ordering BPRs.
  • Performs cycle counts to keep SAP inventories at 98% accuracy.
  • Input data for Pick Lists and receive orders 98% on time.
  • Transfer of material via SAP system.
  • Order Stores items by computer.
  • Order supplies through e-shopping.
  • Primary shipper of finished antigens to Formulations Department.
  • Assist with routine office work such as filing, Environmental Records, Particl Counts, and Integrity Test Results.
  • Enter BPR data in Mii database weekly.
  • Primary operator for updates of related SOPs, SWis, validations, special projects.
  • Ensure compliance to cGMPs within the platform.

EQUIPMENT PREPARATION AND OFFICE DUTIES:

  • Clean equipment and filters used during adsorptions.
  • Set up sterile and screen filters or interact with Washing and Sterilizing personnel.
  • Check incoming or outgoing tanks and equipment for integrity, breaches, anomalies, mixers and acceptance.
  • Assist Management with annual review of SOPs, SWis and updating of SOPs, SWis.
  • Perform additional or other jobs as requested by Management.
