Responsibilities:
The Enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) Product Suite is looking for a Technology Analyst who is an expert in Organizational Change Management to join our team and help us tell our story to the enterprise.
The product suite is comprised of several products that enable State Farm to effectively manage our IT assets, reduce costs, and ensure compliance. We also partner with other product teams and business areas who play a key role in managing IT assets including Information Security, Enterprise Risk Management, and Administrative Services.

As a Technology Analyst you will get to:

• Perform organizational change management best practices
• Help define and facilitate processes to enable effective stakeholder/audience analysis
• Help create presentations and present to various audiences in the enterprise
• Identify potential issues and facilitate mitigation strategies to minimize impact through effective communications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to both business and IT partners

Qualifications:

• Proficient in organizational change management, particularly within a large-scale company
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel
• Experience presenting to large audiences
• Experience working with or in other technology companies
