Description:
Key Responsibilities
Technology Business Partnering
- Bridge the gap between technology and business operations
- Collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, efficiency, and successful outcomes
- Understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements (considering both functional and non-functional aspects), identifying, evaluating, and driving technology solutions that aligns with business and operation objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
IT Support & Maintenance
- Address incident management and its timely resolution within SLA
- Manage team’s deliverables to maintain the SLA uptime of the Business Units’ systems and application
- Manage change management process within Technology endorsing RFC
Project Deliverables
- Identify and analyze business issue with an aim to deliver an IT solution (this can be via system enhancements or projects)
- Define business requirement and engage in business process re-engineering
- Drive team to review cost benefit analysis and provide alternative and/or more cost-effective solutions
- Manage team’s key deliverables in the entire process of a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including CR, RFP or RFQ, evaluation, management papers for approval and contract finalization
- Ensure IT solution delivered within schedule and budget
Stakeholder Management
- Manage stakeholder (including management, internal & external Tech professionals, business and operations), ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and queries
- Manage the deliverable of the team’s assigned project and resolve issues, conflict with stakeholders

Key Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in system information, Computer Science, or equivalent Information Technology disciplines
- At least 10 to 15 years of Business and / or Systems Analyst and IT Systems / Project Management experiences
- Possessing the following capabilities and experiences would be an added advantage
- LEAN, Six-Sigma, Business Process Improvement/Re-engineering, process mappings
- Certified Business Analyst, PMP, CITPM or equivalent certifications
- Prior experience in Aviation and Gateway Ground Handling industry
- Hands-on experiences managing IT projects with value of at least $500k and/or for a duration of at least 24 months
- Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively across functional teams and at multiple levels within the organization
- Highly organized and possesses ability to manage multiple systems, projects and/or tasks concurrently
- Leadership and able to lead and manage a team of internal and/or external professional
- Driver for change and innovation
