ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an IT controls testing professional, with experience testing IT General Controls, and with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences: -
- Experience within the Insurance and/or Financial Services Industry- advantageous
- Understanding of competencies associated with operational risk
- Familiarity with common technology industry standards such as NIST or Cobit 5- preferred
- Good understanding of technology / technical concepts
Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to analyse and interpret data

Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Controls testing professional to join our well-established trans-Tasman team. Your role supports the delivery of Controls Assurance services to squads across Technology in accordance with established frameworks. In this fantastic, varied role you will gain broad exposure to the business as well as gaining experience in a solid learning environment.
This is a line 1 technology controls testing role and with that you will work collaboratively both within the team and with stakeholders throughout the business across a variety of projects, initiatives, remediation and/or continuous improvement activity, acting as a SME providing advice, guidance and deliverables as required.
We are flexible and support a hybrid model of working from home and the office and would welcome applications from candidates near any of our centres across New Zealand or Australia.
