• Shape the future: Actively influence your domain’s roadmap, partnering with product and architecture teams.
• Innovation champion: Identify and act on opportunities to extend and iterate on existing technology capabilities.
• Delivery leader: Lead the delivery of squads within your domain, driving their ways of working and continuous improvement.
• Project management: Manage initiative RAID, escalate and drive resolution of impediments, monitor squad health, and plan/track domain initiatives.
• Financial accountability: Track budgets, manage reports, and develop a deep understanding of project/program scope to support the team, escalate roadblocks, and drive delivery.
