Description:

Looking for a Technology Delivery Manager with deep experience in Azure Engineering & service management to lead the engineers on our managed services team, enabling them to support our customers to the best possible level.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of engineering services- ensure client satisfaction and KPI achievement.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers specializing in Cloud, Modern Workplace, Network, and Data practices, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Build the dream team! This includes recruitment, development, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
- Assist your team of engineers in solving complex technical problems and stay up to date with technological advances.
- Coordinate and manage on-call duties for major incident management, ensuring swift and effective resolution of critical issues. Be on-call for the MIM role in rotation.
- Optimise internal processes, including documentation, practice hygiene, and reporting.
- Oversee external team hygiene, including ticket management and client communications.
- Work with other internal teams to align cross-functional efforts and optimize service delivery.
- Report regularly on team performance, project status, and strategic outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of escalation and SME for the Technology Services engineers.
