Our data mission is to collect, protect and use data to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. And to help us achieve our goals, we’re looking for the brightest talent to join our Data Graduate programme.

Along the way you’ll develop a wealth of new skills, including:

  • High level scoping
  • Process mapping and re-engineering
  • Project planning and tracking
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Understanding of general data protection regulation
  • Data operations tool

Responsibilities:

Our three-year programme allows you to specialise from day one and kick-start your career in a collaborative, supportive team. You’ll start out with three six-month rotations across Data Business Analysis, Data Delivery and Data Governance & Privacy. Within these areas you’ll learn how to perform discrete analysis activities across the E2E lifecycle of a data programme and support the Data delivery and Governance capabilities in delivering our internal programmes.
In your fourth six-month rotation, you’ll have an opportunity to try something new or explore an area you’re passionate about. Finally, in year three, you’ll do a deeper dive into that specialism and have the chance to work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship.

Along the way you’ll develop a wealth of new skills, including:

  • High level scoping
  • Process mapping and re-engineering
  • Project planning and tracking
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Understanding of general data protection regulation
  • Data operations tools

You’ll also have access to essential teaching resources and the support of a network of experienced colleagues to help you decide where you want to go next, whether that be developing your skills further in a role such as Junior Business Analyst or Project Manager, or building your experience as a Data Operations Analyst.
