Description:

The Solution Consultant provides support to a customers’ technical team by providing best practice advice and issue resolution during the customers’ integration project of various D&B solutions.
The Solution Consultant works independently as well as partner with technical and customer-facing teams to own the implementation and support technical solutions for our customers, as well as troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in information technology or other technical specialization. Or the equivalent in practical experience.
  • 4 – 6 years’ experience as a consultant in the field of APIs and integration solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Awareness of the master data management domain and understanding of the importance of data.
  • Experience collecting and documenting requirements in formats such as user stories & use cases.
  • Ability to communicate (oral and written) complex technical requirements, problems and solutions in English. German language at presentation level is an advantage.
  • Organizational and presentation skills with the ability to tailor the content to suit the audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical implementation and provide support of standard and customized deliverables for customers of our APIs, CRM integrated products and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while working with peer and partner groups as needed.
  • Ownership to complete implementations, provide support and technical issue resolution with attention paid to quality and timeliness measured through performance metrics.
  • Act as the subject matter expert internally and externally on how D&B systems work within the landscape of APIs and CRM connectors.
  • Manage multiple implementations concurrently.
  • Interface with D&B team members to provide guidance regarding technical requirements definition and/or issue resolution. May interface directly with prospects to provide technical expertise and validate solutions vs. prospect needs or expectations.
  • Make recommendations for system, process and product enhancements based on experience implementing and supporting the product. Work as part of a team to deploy enhancements.
