Description:

Join our Commercial Legal team to provide legal guidance on complex and high value technology deals across core infrastructure and cloud contracts. You will be supporting Macquarie wide business groups with their technology contracts, servicing their business-specific delas which involve technology integration and business applications.

What role you will play?
In this role, there will be a strong focus on technology, telecommunications and outsourcing matters. You will be required to review, draft and negotiate in a range of commercial contracts

What you offer

  • Admitted to practice in Australia with 3+ years’ PQE gained working as a technology lawyer in an IT/TMT team in a law firm and/or as an in-house technology lawyer
  • An innovative mindset and be open to change.
  • A team player with the desire to provide quality client service to a range of internal clients with a diverse portfolio of local and global projects
  • Experience in technology within the financial services industry would be advantageous. Relevant experience in other industry sectors will be considered.
