Salary: AUD 101,232-102,031 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Lead by example, embodying Agile values and principles, and promoting a positive team culture of transparency, accountability, and respect.
• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize project delivery, balancing workloads and skillsets to meet project requirements and deadlines
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress, leveraging problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to find effective solutions.
• Track and report project progress, including sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance metrics, to stakeholders and leadership.
