  • Ongoing VPS 4 based in Melbourne
  • The role operates within the Technology Services (TS) Division, which is a part of Magistrates’ Court of Victoria
  • Technology Services division provides ICT support to MCV staff and judicial officers to ensure that the courts across the state function effectively
  • Technology Services team is also responsible for business analysis, project management, business intelligence, and contract and service management working alongside the vendors and internal service providers such as Jurisdiction Services

Responsibilities:

The Magistrates’ Court Technology Group is responsible for supplying operationally essential services to the Magistrates’ Court and assisting in the provision of information and communications technology services working in close collaboration with Court Services Victoria.
The Technology Operations Analyst will support the implementation of the technology strategy through analysis of detailed technology requirements and solutions designs.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the role will work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Tasks involve gathering, documenting, and analysing requirements that will enable successful delivery of court technology solutions.
The position is also responsible for performing a range of communication, review, test, and quality assurance tasks that contribute to service deliverables.
The primary focus of the role is to provide a quality support service, with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness to all staff and judiciary of the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.
