Responsibilities:

IN THE ROLE OF TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER THIS PERSON WILL:

  • Collaborate with Overall program manager on executive communication, risks/issues and prioritization
  • Manage day to day execution for the Technology workstream
  • Manage project plan and RAID hygiene with support from PCO
  • Facilitate joint planning sessions working in collaboration with delivery leads, vendor and business
  • Manage CR process once CRs have been approved for technology assessment/execution
  • Prepare and present status reporting for technology leadership on progress, risks, issues, etc
  • Prepare and present technology status at various program forums
  • Lead and facilitate daily stand-up cadence
  • Support team with prioritization and identify/act quickly to escalate where/as needed
  • Continuously adapt program cadence and reporting to enhance communication and streamline process as delivery evolves

    We’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of project management and implementation management

  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex application development projects
  • Experience with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projects
  • Able to lead deep-dive technical discussions for solutioning
  • Able to provide estimates for duration/effort of design/development activities
  • Experience and capabilities to speak with customer leaders to extract expectations, influence direction and manage expectations
  • Excellent people skills
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teams
  • Ability work in fast pace environment while following best practice and company process
  • Highly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development and technology
  • Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Banking experience desirable but not necessary
