Job Description: Technology Risk Analyst II
We’re looking for a Technology Risk Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing and managing IT risks associated with the company’s operations, with a specific focus on multi-currency transactions. You will collaborate with various teams to implement risk mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the overall security posture of our fintech platform.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive IT risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and threats for internal applications.
• Perform gap analysis and mange audit process per PCI DSS 4.0, MAS TRM compliance and additional compliance requirements across different markets
• Evaluate the security posture of third-party vendors and partners involved in multi-currency services.
• Update and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the unique challenges of FinTech or financial operations.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and assess the impact of identified risks.

• Follow up on remediation of identified vulnerabilities and follow up on closuresDevelop and deliver IT security awareness and training programs, emphasizing the unique considerations of multi-currency transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
• Proven experience in IT risk analysis, with a focus on fintech or multi-currency operations.
• 3-5 years of related work experience and cloud security experience preferred
• Desirable to have worked in a finance or FinTech industry
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with secure coding practices and development lifecycle security.Effective communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills.
