Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Product Owner and Product Architect: Understanding, eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating program and platform/application requirements.
- Supporting the gathering and prioritization of requirements: Facilitating the gathering, definition, and prioritization of requirements with key stakeholders.
- Translating business needs into units of work: Defining and owning the value definition of Stories and translating client’s business needs into deliverable units of work: product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, detailed business requirements documents, POC, and use cases. Completing the user stories with Acceptance Criteria.
- Close collaboration with the Chapter Lead BA: Ensuring valuable project results, emphasizing user-focused approaches and best practices implementation.
- Facilitating multi-directional communication and collaboration: Ensuring clear communication and collaboration across Product Teams (Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, Tech Leads, Architects, Key Users, and Partners) and Stakeholders to ensure precise requirements and that the product meets business needs.
- Ensuring consistency and quality of the overall solution: Managing technical debt and maintaining the consistency and quality of the overall solution.
- Assisting/providing in testing and quality assurance processes.
- Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies: Keeping up with industry trends and architecture best practices and evaluating their applicability.
- Adhering to HEINEKEN standards and best practices: Ensuring compliance with overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices (i.e., Quality, Compliance).
- Forging global relationships: Enhancing solution maturity, both technically and business-wise, through global relationships.
- Addressing business architecture issues: Ensuring seamless data flows to enhance user journeys and identifying process and technology improvements opportunities with direct business impact.
- Planning governance and solution/capability maturity: Continuously assessing people, processes, and technology for sustained excellence.
- Modeling and improving business processes: Analyzing and optimizing business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Commitment to continuous development and learning: Seeking and implementing best practices, developing skills within the team, sharing knowledge, and being an active member of the BA community within the organization.
