- Has degree in Computing and Information Sciences, majoring in Software Development.
- Has experience with government and public services industries, and/or life sciences and health care industries.
- Expertise in using IT tools such as Confluence, Miro, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart and Azure DevOps board.
- Has Cloud certificates including AWS Cloud Practitioner, ServiceNow HR Onboarding and Salesforce AI Associate.
- Has leadership to provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Has experience leading system deployment releases.
- Thrives in challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Has confidence in multi-tasking and prioritising critical tasks.
- Has high communication skills with stakeholders of different levels of seniority.
