• Define, develop, and advance the CARIAD value add strategy in alignment with the Volkswagen Group, brands, and subsidiaries
• Responsibility for strategic governance of Region China and its subsidiaries, incl. strategy, product definition and BoD meetings
• Act as counterpart for collaboration with the brands (e.g. Volkswagen Passenger Cars, AUDI AG, Porsche AG) and region China (e.g. CARIAD China, Volkswagen Group China, Volkswagen China Technology Company) to implement recommendations
• Structure and execute strategic, as well as operational, initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses
• Conduct business intelligence activities and monitor industry- and tech-trends including customers, competitors, technologies, regulations.
