Description:
Our client specializes in the development, installation and maintenance of data solutions for enterprise clients.
We are recruiting a UAE experienced hardware and software support engineer to join their Dubai team.
The role will provide enterprise 1st line and field support to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues within specified SLAs.
MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4 – 8 years’ technology support engineer experience managing SQL Server databases, network configuration, monitoring system’s health and performance to ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security.
- Minimum 2 years’ hands on experience in Linux.UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure devices and sensors – deploy new hardware and upgrades for existing equipment.
- Maintenance of Linux and Windows application, database and cloud servers.
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes.
- Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups.Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement.
