JOB SUMMARY:

  • Assure safety practices are followed and are communicated as top priority.
  • Analyze Electrical, Programming issues coming from Customer Complaints, Scrap, FTQ
  • Support daily meetings and floor Genbas to follow up and give feedback about electrical issues.
  • Create and deploy Quality Alerts to support Customer Complaints, Scrap, FTQ, CARs, New Products, Change Management etc.
  • Support as Link between Manufacturing, Design and Maintenance to decrease electrical issues.
  • Download OIS, Scrap data for further analysis.
  • Participate on JMRB Quality Hold cages for transferring and blocking material.
  • Participate in Layered Audit Process.
  • Support Change Management process and ECR/ECO runs verification.
  • Comply with industry requirements – APQP, IATF, ISO-14001
  • Participate in Problem Solving multifunctional meetings.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in electronic, electrical or mechatronic engineering, last semesters. Or Electronic technical career

EXPERIENCE:

1 years of experience in a quality area or in a similar position

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge and experience with ISO/TS 16949.
  • Knowledge and experience in PCBs analysis and failure diagnosis, is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility to support response to Customer quality reject notifications
  • Responsibility developing electrical analysis based on schematics to support responses.
  • Responsibility to create Quality Alerts, fill out logs and submit to entire multifunctional for quality activities such as containment and sorting events.
  • Provide training and assure people of interest is aware about Quality alert content.
  • Participate as engagement of other functional areas to support problem solving projects.
  • Run hypothesis testing if necessary for problem solving.
  • Participate in Daily reviews with Multifunctional teams, Process FTQ, Finished Goods FTQ and Scrap.
  • Download data from internal systems to post Quality Metrics Charts
  • Perform Layered Audits as required frequency
  • Support Manufacturing for root causes and solutions to decrease Scrap, FTQ and Customer Complaints
