What tasks does this role include?

  • Responsible for data master for materials and vendors
  • Responsible for invoices exceptions management
  • Support Procurement Project Manager in some administrative tasks

What will you bring to the role?

  • Minimum of 1 year experience of Procurement is desirable
  • Minimum qualification: High School; Degree preferably in Finance, Business Management, or other relevant discipline will be a plus
  • High degree of fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
  • High Level of Office 365 knowledge, mainly in Excel
  • SAP knowledge would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a truly global organisation. Proven experience working in a fast moving
