Generalidades del puesto
Atención de clientes del área asignada, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos por la Compañía.

En un día normal tendrás que:

• Realizar el servicio de mantenimiento de todos los productos de la Compañía.
• Ejecutar las reparaciones y ordenes TE menores (Ordenes del Cliente).
• Encargado de atender llamadas de emergencia.
• Responsable de elaborar informes y reportes técnicos a los clientes.
• Diligenciar los formatos necesarios propios de su cargo.

Lo que necesitas para tener exito:

• Educación: Técnico o Tecnólogo en área a fines a temas mecánicos, eléctricos o electrónicos con certificado de COPNIA, CONTE O CONALTEL.
• Experiencia: Preferiblemente de un año en la industria, manejo y conocimiento de ascensores.
• Conocimientos Técnicos: En procesos de mantenimiento de equipos de transporte vertical.
