Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years of experience in the program related to the area of assignment;
OR
an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Thorough knowledge of reproductive health
• Ability to implement adolescent pregnancy prevention programs and/or adolescent parenting programs and evaluate their effectiveness
• Experience working with local health departments and community-based organizations
• Ability to coordinate and conduct professional trainings
• Experience with implementing public health program and providing technical assistance
• Knowledge of public health principles and practice; understanding of health equity/reproductive justice
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally

Management Preferences

• Experience with contract management, including provision of technical assistance and monitoring preferred.
• Sensitivity to different cultural/ethnic backgrounds preferred.
• Previous experience working with community-based organizations, local health departments, school systems and/or universities is crucial.
