Description:

DESCRIPTION

Your work tasks will consist of answering incoming support questions about Samsung’s products. The support is mainly done via calls but also via chat and e-mail, and the products consist of mobile phones, white goods, and TV/AV. You will work towards clear goals and coach customers to the correct solutions.
The opening hours for the customer service are 8.00-20.00 Monday-Friday and 10:00-15:00 weekends. The working hours will be divided into weekday and weekend shifts.
The service starts with a paid basic training on the products as well as how to handle calls and use our systems. Ongoing training and coaching will then take place for further training and to update you on new products.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good oral and written knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian and English
  • Basic computer skills
