As the Telco Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to assist the Store Management team with storewide objectives, ensuring a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store is upheld, with a specific focus on the Communications department, including:
- Achieving sales and profitability targets for your store through providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store’s Communication Team, putting the customer at the centre of everything you do
- Leading and maintaining the agreed communications department merchandising standards
- Ensuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reportin
Responsibilities:
