SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Telecom SME with extensive work experience in Telecom OSS domain, good understanding of Assurance and Fulfillment spaces and good knowledge on the emerging technologies in the domain including 5G and cloud. Should be able to connect with client-side SMEs and able to come up with suggest solution options to them.
The candidate should be based at Sydney and should be working from office. The role planned for is Lead Consultant / Principal Consultant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Domain SME in Telecom OSS domain.
  • Discussions with clients to understand the AS-IS systems and come up with proactive solution options to client for improvement of current systems.
  • Stakeholder management – including customer connect as well as Infosys stakeholders.
  • Provide inputs on the delivery aspects in the contract to limit financial risk to the company.
  • Customer relationship management & scouting for new opportunities from client side.
  • Own and drive new opportunities and proposals.
  • Provide technical guidance to teams delivering new product features on a modern technology stack.
  • Ensure the development team understands the direction and vision.
  • Help identify and define the hardware requirements for new solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
