As an IT Architect you are responsible for the overall design, mapping of client business requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify Service Assurance platform solution options, define Service Assurance solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans. You would also provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team, Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of Service Assurance’s capabilities and constraints. You would recognize and develop opportunities to leverage Service Assurance as a platform. Act as the Service Assurance Architect/SME at Executive briefings/marketing events.

Required

• 12-18 years of enterprise level application design/architecture experience, with extensive experience in designing scalable and efficient telecom service assurance stack.
• Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices like eTOM, TNA, SID, ITIL, IEEE, etc
• Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions in a high availability environment.
• Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of application life-cycle management.
• Experience in emerging Cloud technologies and vendor landscape with ability to balance cost against benefits.
• Ability to develop high level architecture documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support and operational needs of a solution.
• Good knowledge on rational and nosql database technologies.
• Technical knowledge of network protocols like (SNMP, CORBA, syslogs, Telemetry, REST etc), event processing, enrichment etc with complete understanding of the event lifecycle.
• Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios
• Experience on AIOPs, Automation etc in Network service Assurance use cases

Preferred

• Nice to have- Certified implementation specialist, eTOM certified (within Telecom Domain or Architect Level certification)
• Self-motivated person with strong analytical and articulation skills
