Description:
We are seeking a Support Specialist for a client who is a prominent provider of telephony, Internet, TV, and ICT services. This client also excels in developing telecommunication infrastructures and ICT services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure smooth operation and support for Internet, TV, and Fixed Voice services by promptly addressing alerts, incidents, and customer concerns.
- Investigate technical complaints and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with external teams to facilitate telecom service provisioning.
- Monitor and respond to alarms across Fixed & Mobile networks, Broadband, and TV services.
- Provide detailed reporting on incidents.
- Conduct preliminary device tests before product launches.
