We’ll be looking for you to join our highly skilled technology team. This role will require you to take on several complex and crucial responsibilities when it comes to monitoring and improving processes.
Responsibilities:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to work incidents and requests regarding installation, configuration and/or maintenance of client hardware, software and the deployment of new technology releases, performing new PC installations, troubleshooting and repair.
- Support Windows, Mac OS workstations and various smart mobile devices.
- Modify systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications.
- Assist in integration of new hardware configurations and provides support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals.
- Perform additional job duties when required.
- Manage Mobile lines for the entire Argentina site and own agencies Employees.
- Interact with Mobile devices Vendor and resolve roaming/cell phones issues.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of experience in IT or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or being a student in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic end-user hardware and end-user support of Microsoft and Apple products.
- Analytical, organized, and methodical.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Teamwork attitude.
- Advanced English is required.
