REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably with prior experience in sales or customer service in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in basic Excel, CRM usage, and the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers is essential.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating fluency in professional English.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and follow established sales lead criteria with minimal supervision.
  • Display a willingness to receive guidance, training, and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is considered an advantageous skill set.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Telemarketing Manager, this position involves supporting potential DHL Express customers reaching in to us from digital platforms and customer service department. The role will also be required to reach-out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat. The Telemarketing Executive (Customer Onboarding Executive) will adhere to established criteria to effectively qualify leads and onboard the potential customer by providing guidance to open accounts using our CRM tools.

  • Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
  • Apply established sales lead criteria to qualify and assess the potential of each lead.
  • Assist prospects in opening accounts, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Assign qualified prospects to the sales team for further follow-up, driving new business acquisition.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring complete and accurate data entry in the CRM system adhering to the rules of PDPA.
  • Utilize CRM, PowerBI, and basic Excel skills to effectively track and manage leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the Telemarketing Manager to continuously improve lead qualification processes and outcomes.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, speaking empathetically and addressing customer needs professionally and effectively.
