Reporting to the Nurse Manager, with direction from the Registered Nurse, this position is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordinating and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Coursework/Training and Completion of a course in EKG recognition and its clinical implications within the probationary period.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of experience in acute care setting.
