Description:

We are looking for a well-spoken full-time telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales from warm leads over the telephone. The telesales representative’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on our customers’ needs to close sales, and documenting customer information.

Skills :

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales roles
  • Sales experience in the cleaning industry advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Even-tempered and the ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
  • Good track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing leads from the preferred leads platform
  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Communicating with clients via telephone and email.
  • Closing deals with clients.
  • Meeting individual sales targets.
  • Utilising CRM and booking system.
  • Utilising MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Educating customers in all service offerings.
  • After sales service.
    Working Conditions:
    This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer, and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position, and you must work hours as specified in this ad. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.
