Description:

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads by purchasing from a preferred leads platform
- Initiate and conduct sales conversations with potential customers via telephone
- Communicate with clients through telephone and email, ensuring clarity and professionalism
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals with clients
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Efficiently utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and booking system to track and manage sales activities
- Effectively use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks and communication needs
- Educate customers on all service offerings, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and features
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS:
As a remote employee, you should have access to a reliable internet connection and have your own PC. You should also be able to communicate effectively with team members through various virtual communication tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in other sales roles
- Previous Team Lead, Supervisory, or Management experience
- Sales experience in the cleaning industry is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent command of English
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Handles challenging situations with poise and maintains a positive attitude in a high-stress environment.
- Demonstrates determination and perseverance in achieving sales targets
