JOB SUMMARY:
Agile Consultants, a premier talent solutions company in the UAE, is looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team. This role involves promoting Agile Consultants’ services and contributing to our growth strategy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or telesales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales with passion, energy, and motivation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads to expand our client base.
- Sales and Promotion: Present and sell our recruitment services, to both new customers using persuasive arguments.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional relationships internally and externally, aligning with the company’s core values.
- Growth Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress and results reports to management.
