Overview of the role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be processing orders from independent pharmacies. The role is varied, all training and support will be given to make sure you are comfortable in your role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Processing Customer orders
  • Up selling promotional and new lines
  • Account spend growth
  • Administration duties
  • Interacting with customers daily by email, phone, teams etc.
  • Ensuring that company operating procedures, guidelines and policies are always followed
  • Taking full ownership and responsibility for all queries that our customers may have, and following up to make sure they have been looked after effectively
  • Building relationships both cross functionally and directly with customers to ensure customers receive their order on time, in full and as requested
  • Work with the rest of the Customer Service team to effectively manage the day-to-day activities
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Customer service experience preferred, but not essential, as training will be given.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Numerate and competent with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Organised.
