JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, reaching out to potential customers, and closing deals over the phone. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by effectively promoting our products/services and converting leads into sales.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and data.
  • Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Present and explain our products/services to potential customers in a compelling manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize approaches and optimize sales processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings.
