This is an in-office position Monday-Friday in our Largo, FL office.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our brand new office in Largo for our evening shift (11am-8pm EST). If you are passionate about the sales process, motivated to earn a significant income, like to sleep in, and understand what it takes to succeed in a fast paced sales environment, then this may be the perfect opportunity!
Our inside sales consultants help small business owners by determining which of our accounting services best suits their business needs. We offer four different services which include accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll. Many small business owners open their businesses not realizing that the world of accounting and taxes can be very complex and cumbersome. The goal is to help take this burden off of a small business owner’s hands so they can focus on what they are good at, making money and growing their business! The best part about this is that we offer a service that people actually need!
We provide the support to make you successful!
While it is necessary to have previous sales experience, our comprehensive training program will set you up for success in this type of specific sale. We have dramatically downsized our sales classes in order to ensure our trainers can better serve your needs as a trainee. Selling accounting services is a very unique sale with complicated tax terms and ideas. The key here will be the utilization of a script in order to aid you in getting the right message across to clients and ensuring we are addressing their pain points.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Coachable individual who wants to achieve success by using our proven money making script
• Previous experience working in a high volume/fast-paced environment
• Be enthusiastic and have a passion for helping people
• Have strong work ethic and thrive in a performance-based culture
• Previous sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma, Associates Degree Preferred
