Responsibilities:

  • Implement Outbound Campaigns to achieve specific targets required by Consumer Business Unit;
  • Define and continuously review scripts and plans according to market’s dynamics to guarantee commercial targets achievement;
  • To manage relationship with our Outsourcing Partners and assure all contractual commitments;
  • Digital Campaign design Experience;
  • Digital Marketing Skills;
  • To define, negotiate and implement commission schemes;
  • To create incentive programs, direct to the Sales Representatives to keep performance levels always high;
  • To develop new projects that increase digital sales and channel efficiency.
