Responsibilities:
Contracts & Tenders Management
- Terms and Conditions review
- Price Strategy
- Coordinate with Legal, CST, Engineering, Finance and Service to complete scopes and reviews
- Monitor agreement performance. Ensure the completeness of the execution of the order, the monitoring of all liabilities related to the tender and the follow up of contracts and agreements with third parties.
- Contract database management
- Prepare and process documents (e.g. bid process, design agreements, work authorizations, addendums and other necessary documentation for contracting purposes) for the purpose of overseeing distribution of plans, specifications, etc
- Ensure contracts & Tenders compliance with legal requirement and company policies.
- Manage Contract change requests, amendments and extensions.
- Maintain accurate contracts & Tenders records and documentation
- Review & Negotiate of Contracts, Tenders Terms and condition
- Submission of Contracts and Tenders within the due date.
