Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min Diploma in Business Management or Human Resource related.
  • Passion for learning different areas of Human Resources function.
  • Good team play with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast-moving organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and facilitate end-to-end employee life cycle processes.
  • Deliver HR services effectively and efficiently and resolve any HR issues within the business unit.
  • Work closely with HR Shared Services to handle HR transactions.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategy and executing supporting programs.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as the digitization of HR processes, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation.
