A credit union that has been servicing the community for the last five decades is adding a Temporary Mail Room Clerk to their team! This is a great company that shows their employees how much they’re valued.
This temporary, full-time opportunity has the potential to turn into a longer temp-to-hire position with full benefits.
You will be successful in this position if you have an eye for detail and can work effectively to complete designated tasks!
TEMP MAIL ROOM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6-12 months experience within a mailroom
- High level of a accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and member service skills
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm (Can be flexible)
Pay: $18-20/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Open, sort, and distribute all incoming mail to correct departments in a timely manner
- Examine outgoing mail for appropriate appearance and make corrections as needed
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations within the banking industry
- Meet deadlines by working at a quick and steady pace while also maintaining quality/error-free work
- Handle confident information
